AI 們竟然能互相對話與協作？Google 的「A2A」所描繪的未來

想像一下：早上起床，你對智慧型手機的 AI 助理說：「幫我整理今天下午會議的資料，並寄郵件給團隊成員。」在此之前，AI 雖然能親自擔任秘書角色，但在與其他服務進行有機協作時卻受到限制，就像使用不同語言的人在沒有翻譯的情況下試圖對話一樣。然而現在，AI 正在邁向一個能識別彼此能力、自主委派必要任務，並像一個團隊般共同工作的時代。

近期，Google 宣布將這一變革核心的「A2A (Agent-to-Agent)」協定移交給「代理 AI 基金會 (Agentic AI Foundation，以下簡稱 AAIF)」[Source 1, Source 12]。這不僅僅是一項技術移交，更是一個強烈的訊號，代表 AI 能夠更智慧地協作的「通用標準」正在形成[Source 8]。

為何這很重要？

我們過去使用的 AI 多半是單獨思考並回答問題的形式。但現在，被稱為「代理 AI (Agentic AI)」的技術已經出現，它們能夠自我思考並執行實際業務[Source 16]。代理 AI 不僅僅是聊天機器人，更像是能自主判斷並執行網路搜尋、撰寫文件、預約等複雜流程的智慧秘書。

問題在於，每個 AI 都是由不同公司開發，或在不同環境下運作的[Source 1]。Google 所捐贈的 A2A 協定，正是協助這些 AI 如同公司同事般自然地對話並分工的「通訊協定」[Source 5, Source 10]。這項技術脫離了特定企業的控制，進入 AAIF 這樣的中立基金會，意味著未來無論是由哪家公司開發的 AI，相互協作的時代將會加速到來[Source 4, Source 8]。

簡單理解：AI 世界的「通用語」

讓我們做個比喻：過去人們各自擁有不同的語言和文字系統，每次交換物品都需要翻譯。但當「通用語」出現後，貿易量便大幅增加。A2A 正是 AI 世界的「通用語」[Source 11]。

簡單來說，過去「Google 版 AI」若想指揮「他牌 AI」工作，必須逐一開發特殊的連接介面。但使用 A2A 後，無需進行額外複雜的開發，AI 之間便能對話，例如說：「你好！你有規劃旅遊行程的能力嗎？那麼請幫我預訂機票！」並藉此委派工作[Source 1, Source 10]。

此外，代理 AI 基金會也已經在管理連結 AI 與資訊的「MCP (Model Context Protocol)」等技術[Source 9, Source 12]。如果說 MCP 是將 AI 所需資料匯入的工具，那麼 A2A 就是 AI 之間對話的方法。隨著 A2A 如今也匯集到同一個基金會旗下，正如智慧型手機的 App 可以自由交換資料一樣，AI 代理程式自由連結的「代理生態系統」正變得更加穩固[Source 2, Source 12]。

進展到什麼程度了？

目前 A2A 協定已經準備好投入實戰。特別是 A2A v1.0 版本，在 .NET 環境中已具備相當的技術成熟度[Source 3]。Google 此前已將該技術捐贈給 Linux 基金會 (Linux Foundation) 並以開放原始碼形式公開[Source 9, Source 13]，而這次移交給 AAIF 則是為了追求更廣闊的生態系統擴展[Source 12]。

當然，也存在隱憂。隨著自主協作的 AI 越來越多，人類該控制到什麼程度的擔憂也隨之增加[Source 7]。目前的管理模式是建立在人類審視所有流程的方式上，但若 AI 開始自主協作，管理中間過程所產生的風險可能會變得更加困難[Source 7]。

未來的樣貌

未來，「AI 代理程式網路」將深入日常生活的各個角落。Google 地圖 (Google Maps) 已經強化了點餐或預訂飯店等代理功能[Source 14]，若這些功能更加精細化，我們親自執行 App 的需求將逐漸減少。

我們必須持續關注像 A2A 這樣的標準，未來將能提升 AI 多少「協作層次」。如果標準化運作良好，不再是被束縛在特定平台上的 AI，而是能在你的裝置內，代替你與無數外部服務合作的「真正的個人秘書」，這樣的日子已不遠了[Source 10]。
