[Nietzsche] A Grace Given by One's Occupation

Dedicating yourself to your work helps keep unnecessary thoughts at bay. In that sense, having a job can be called a great grace. When you encounter depressing events in life, immersing yourself in a familiar profession allows you to step back quietly and escape the pressure and worries caused by real-world problems. It is okay to run away if things are difficult. Just because you have struggled and suffered constantly does not mean the situation will necessarily improve proportionally. Do not torment your mind too much. While you are distanced from your worries by being immersed in your given work, something will surely change.

- Excerpt from Nietzsche’s Words -

I realized that constantly agonizing over something is not the only answer. Immersing myself in my work, even for a short while, can be one way to resolve my worries. Reflecting on the past month of rest and the thoughts I had about myself, even if I won't be able to have much time to think solely about me once I start working again tomorrow, I will run forward, believing that this too is a path toward resolving my concerns.

Now, I am back at a new starting line. Although I have major worries, let me walk the path of distancing myself from them, if only for a moment, by losing myself in my work.

Immersion. The start of another change.
